Pros

  • Automated review requests by email and SMS, timed to delivery rather than to the order date
  • Photo and video reviews with moderation rules, so user content can be published without reading every submission
  • Product rating rich snippets and a Google Shopping feed, which puts star ratings into search and shopping results
  • Loyalty module covers points, VIP tiers, referrals and redemption without a second vendor or a second data set
  • Rated 4.7 out of 5 across more than three thousand Shopify App Store reviews, with strong marks for support

Cons

  • Reviews and loyalty are separate subscriptions, so a brand running both carries two monthly line items
  • Every plan is priced by monthly order volume, so a strong sales month raises the bill regardless of how many reviews were collected
  • Widget styling is constrained without custom CSS, and reviewers repeatedly describe the templates as functional rather than flexible

Stamped pricing

List prices in USD per month, taken from the vendor at review time. Custom means quote-only.

Plan Per month What it covers
Reviews $23 up to 200 orders a month
Reviews Growth $99 up to 1,000 orders a month
Reviews Business $199 up to 5,000 orders a month, adds video reviews, Q&A and sentiment analysis
Loyalty $299 separate module, up to 5,000 orders a month
Enterprise Custom custom pricing above 20,000 orders a month

What Stamped actually does

Stamped is a retention layer bolted onto a store's post-purchase flow. After an order ships, it sends review requests by email or SMS, timed against delivery rather than checkout, and collects ratings, written reviews, photos, video and customer questions. Those responses feed widgets on product pages, a reviews carousel on the homepage, rich snippets that put star ratings into search results, and a product ratings feed for Google Shopping. Moderation rules handle the routine cases, so a store owner is not reading every three-star comment before it publishes.

The second module is loyalty, sold separately: points on purchases and actions, VIP tiers, referral links, and redemption applied at checkout. Because both modules read the same customer record, a brand can tie a review submission to points and see whether reviewers actually buy again. A third module handles lifecycle email and SMS. The product is built first for Shopify, where it is deeply integrated with checkout, Shopify Flow, Klaviyo, Recharge and Gorgias, and it carries a 4.7 rating across more than three thousand App Store reviews.

Key features

The suite is organised around collecting proof and then reusing it.

  • Post-purchase review requests over email and SMS, with submission inside the email itself
  • Photo, video and text reviews plus a Q&A block on the product page, with automated moderation
  • Product page widgets, carousels and galleries, styled per store and translated where needed
  • Rich snippet markup and a Google Shopping ratings feed, so stars appear outside the site
  • Loyalty programme with points, tiers, referrals and checkout redemption
  • Reporting that connects review volume and loyalty participation to repeat purchase rate

Who it's for

Stamped suits an established Shopify store with steady order volume and a catalogue where social proof drives the decision: supplements, apparel, home goods, anything a buyer hesitates over. Brands already sending campaigns through Klaviyo get the most from it, because reviews and points balances flow into those flows rather than sitting in a separate silo. Merchants who want one vendor for reviews and loyalty, with one support contact, are the intended buyer.

It is the wrong choice for a young store still finding traction. The entry plan covers a modest number of orders and there is no free tier on the main plans, so the tool costs money before it produces enough reviews to matter. Stores on platforms other than Shopify get a thinner integration, and brands with strong design standards will run into the styling limits of the widgets fairly quickly.

How it compares

Judge.me is the value option and wins on price and widget flexibility, but its loyalty story is thin and it lacks the lifecycle module. Yotpo covers the same ground as Stamped with more depth in loyalty and SMS, aims at larger brands, and charges accordingly. Okendo is the design-led choice, with the most attractive widgets and strong attribute filtering, but it is reviews first and asks for a separate loyalty vendor. Loox competes purely on photo reviews at a low price. Stamped's position is breadth at mid-market pricing, which is compelling only if both modules get used.

Verdict

Stamped does the core job reliably: it collects a steady flow of reviews with pictures, publishes them where they influence purchases, and pushes ratings into Google. The loyalty module is credible rather than best in class, and its main argument is that it shares data with the reviews module. Two things should shape the decision. The bill is set by order volume, not by how much of the tool is used, so growth raises the price whether or not review collection improves. And running reviews plus loyalty means two subscriptions, which puts the combined cost close to platforms that sell the same bundle as one product. Worth it for a store that will genuinely operate both.
