Editor, Protooled

Reviews AI and SaaS tools by profession (accounting, real estate, sales and recruiting) with a focus on EU/Ukraine availability, GDPR and real pricing.

How the catalogue is put together

Every listing on Protooled is filed under the profession that uses the tool and the job it does, then filled in with the same fields: what the tool is for, what it plugs into, what the plans cost and whether there is a free tier. The point is that two listings can be read side by side without opening two vendor sites.

Pricing is recorded tier by tier from the vendor's own pricing page at the time the listing was written, in USD per month, including the per-user and per-client multipliers that decide the real bill. When a vendor will not commit to a figure, the listing says so instead of guessing. Those records are also what the pricing transparency index is built from.

Comparisons and alternatives guides draw on the same records plus the vendors' public documentation, changelogs and published customer reports. Some outbound links are affiliate links; that never changes where a tool sits or what its listing says, and the affiliate disclosure spells out the terms.

Prices move and features ship. If a listing is out of date, the fastest fix is to tell us.

Workable vs Recruitee vs Teamtailor (2026): three ATS platforms, three pricing models

These three get shortlisted together constantly, and the comparison people actually need is not features; it is that none of them charges per recruiter. Workable bills by company headcount and publishes the number, Recruitee bills by headcount and hides it, Teamtailor bills by open job slots and quotes it. That single difference decides which one is cheap for you.
