Dripify review
Cloud LinkedIn and email sequencing that runs connection requests, follow-ups and conditions with no browser open.
One of the tidier LinkedIn sequencers for small outbound teams, though it runs on an account LinkedIn can restrict and the per-seat price adds up fast.
Pros
- Runs in the cloud rather than as a browser extension, so campaigns continue when the laptop is closed
- The sequence builder handles conditions properly, different branches for accepted, ignored and replied, rather than one linear drip
- Combines LinkedIn actions and email steps in one campaign, with an email finder and verification built in
- A shared team inbox and duplicate protection stop two reps from working the same prospect
- Per-campaign analytics report acceptance and reply rates at each step, which makes A/B testing message copy straightforward
Cons
- Automation of LinkedIn violates the platform's user agreement, and users do report restricted or flagged accounts, the risk sits with your profile, not the vendor
- Editing a live campaign is rigid: structural changes generally mean rebuilding the sequence and re-adding leads
- Pricing is per seat with one LinkedIn account per seat, so a three-rep team pays three times over even at modest sending volume

What Dripify actually does
Dripify automates LinkedIn prospecting. You import a list, a search result, a Sales Navigator export, a spreadsheet, and build a sequence out of actions: view the profile, follow, send a connection request, wait, send a message if accepted, send another if ignored, add an email step, stop everything if they reply. The builder is visual, conditions branch properly, and the whole thing runs on Dripify's servers rather than in a browser tab, so campaigns continue overnight and the rep does not have to leave a machine awake.
Around that core sits the rest of an outbound workflow. An email finder attaches a work address to a LinkedIn profile and verifies it, which lets a single campaign alternate between the two channels. Replies land in a shared inbox so a manager can see conversations without borrowing an account. Team management assigns roles and reports per-rep activity, and duplicate protection prevents two people working the same company. Responders can be pushed into a CRM through webhooks, Zapier or Make. Activity is paced with daily limits and a warm-up ramp, which is Dripify's answer to the central problem of this category: LinkedIn does not want any of this happening.

Key features
The product is narrow and does its narrow thing thoroughly.
- Visual campaign builder combining LinkedIn actions, email steps, delays and conditional branches
- Cloud execution with daily activity limits and gradual ramp-up intended to imitate human behaviour
- Email finder and verification for turning a profile into a contactable address
- Shared inbox for replies, with team roles and per-rep performance reporting
- Step-level analytics on acceptance, reply and conversion rates
- Webhook, Zapier and Make connections into a CRM, plus HubSpot and Google Sheets
Who it's for
Dripify fits a small B2B sales team whose pipeline genuinely comes from LinkedIn: recruiters filling roles, agencies prospecting founders, SaaS reps working a well-defined title-and-industry list. It suits the case where personalisation matters more than volume, a few hundred carefully chosen prospects a month, with messages worth reading, because the branching logic rewards thinking about what happens after acceptance.
It is the wrong tool for anyone whose LinkedIn profile is a business asset they cannot afford to lose. Automation breaches the platform's user agreement, and while pacing limits reduce the odds, restricted accounts do happen; the exposure is yours. It is also poor value for large teams, since every rep needs a seat and each seat covers one LinkedIn account, and it is not an email platform: teams sending thousands of cold emails a week should run a dedicated tool for that half.
How it compares
Expandi is the closest competitor and generally considered more careful about account safety, with dedicated proxies per account, at a higher price. Waalaxy is cheaper and friendlier for a solo user, but its sequences are simpler and its email side is thin. HeyReach targets agencies running many LinkedIn accounts at once, which is exactly where Dripify's per-seat model becomes expensive. Against a pure email platform such as Lemlist or Instantly, Dripify wins on LinkedIn depth and loses badly on deliverability tooling and sending scale.

Verdict
Dripify is a well-built sequencer with a clean builder, real conditional logic and enough analytics to improve copy week over week, and cloud execution removes the main annoyance of extension-based rivals. The caveat is not a feature gap but a structural one: you are automating a platform that forbids it, on a profile you cannot replace, and the tool's safety limits mitigate rather than remove that risk. Run modest daily volumes, keep the messages worth receiving, and treat the account as expendable before you scale it across a team.
