Carbon6 review
A bundle of Amazon seller tools covering reimbursements, inventory, PPC and external traffic under one owner.
The reimbursement recovery is the reason to engage and it works on results, though the rest is a collection of acquired tools that still feel like separate products.
Pros
- Seller Investigators works on recovered funds rather than a subscription, so an audit of FBA reimbursements costs nothing if it finds nothing
- PixelMe is embedded in Amazon Seller Central through Amazon's third-party apps programme, which makes external traffic attribution unusually direct
- SoStocked handles demand forecasting and reorder planning at a level most all-in-one seller suites do not attempt
- The suite spans jobs that usually need four vendors: reimbursements, inventory, advertising and off-Amazon traffic
- WallySmarter extends the same account into Walmart Marketplace for sellers expanding beyond Amazon
Cons
- It is a portfolio of acquired products rather than one application, so tools carry separate pricing, separate onboarding and separate interfaces
- The recovery service is paid as a share of what it recovers, and that share sits at the expensive end of a market where specialists charge far less
- No published pricing anywhere in the suite; every tool routes through a call, which makes it hard to compare against named alternatives
- The 2025 acquisition by SPS Commerce has moved branding and URLs, and sellers report friction from the transition
What Carbon6 actually does
Carbon6 is less a single application than a house of Amazon seller tools assembled by acquisition. The pitch is that the jobs a serious FBA operator has to cover, getting money back from Amazon, keeping stock in the right quantity, running advertising, driving external traffic and watching listings, sit under one vendor instead of five. Each job is served by a named product: Seller Investigators for reimbursements, SoStocked for inventory, PPC Entourage and DSP Prime for advertising, PixelMe for off-Amazon traffic, ManageByStats for profit analytics, AMZAlert for listing monitoring, WallySmarter for Walmart.
The strongest piece is recovery. Amazon owes most FBA sellers money for lost, damaged and mishandled inventory, and the claims process is tedious enough that few file it themselves. Seller Investigators audits accounts on an ongoing basis and files claims, charging only against what it recovers. On the traffic side, PixelMe is embedded inside Seller Central through Amazon's third-party apps programme, so a seller can see external ad spend and Amazon performance in the same view. SPS Commerce acquired the company in early 2025, and the branding has been shifting since.

Key features
The suite is best understood as separate tools with a shared owner.
- Seller Investigators, filing FBA reimbursement claims across several claim categories
- ChargeGuard, recovering 1P vendor chargebacks, shortages and accruals
- SoStocked, forecasting demand and timing reorders against storage cost changes
- PPC Entourage and DSP Prime for sponsored and display advertising management
- PixelMe, attributing Google, Meta and TikTok traffic through Amazon Attribution
- ManageByStats for profit reporting, AMZAlert for listing and competitor monitoring
Who it's for
This suits an established brand or agency doing enough volume that a percentage of recovered reimbursements is a real number and that advertising waste is worth managing. Sellers running both Amazon and Walmart, or spending meaningfully on off-platform ads, get the most out of the combination. Agencies managing several accounts benefit from having one commercial relationship instead of a spreadsheet of vendor renewals.
A new or small seller should not start here. The tools each expect configuration, the pricing has to be negotiated per product, and someone doing a modest monthly revenue will find that the all-in-one alternatives cover the basics for less effort. Anyone who only wants reimbursement recovery should compare the specialists directly, since the rate charged is the entire product in that category. Sellers who need keyword and product research as their primary job are also in the wrong place, because that is the one part of the Amazon workflow the suite covers least convincingly.
How it compares
Helium 10 and Jungle Scout are the reference all-in-one suites, tighter as single products and far easier to price, but weaker on reimbursement recovery and vendor chargebacks. Refully and TrueOps compete only on reimbursements and undercut Carbon6 on rate, which is the honest comparison for that job. Feedvisor sits at the enterprise end with repricing and managed advertising. Carbon6's real advantage is that its recovery arm and its inventory forecasting are both genuinely strong; its disadvantage is that buying both feels like buying from two companies.

Verdict
Carbon6 is worth talking to for the recovery service alone, because it costs nothing unless it finds money and most sellers are owed some. The rating reflects the seams: separate products, separate pricing conversations, no published rates, and an ownership change that has made the brand a moving target. Treat it as a shortlist of individual tools to evaluate on their own merits rather than a platform decision, and check the recovery rate against the specialists before signing.
