A genuine time-saver for US realtors who post consistently, but it's a content library, not a marketing platform; there's no scheduling, no analytics, and you do all the publishing yourself.

Pros

  • Strong, on-trend design and copy that look professional out of the box and consistently drive engagement
  • Real-estate-specific monthly drops: content calendar, captions, Reels scripts with recording instructions, lead magnets and email templates
  • Cuts content creation from hours per week to roughly an hour a month once you learn the Canva workflow

Cons

  • No scheduling, posting or analytics: it's a template library, so every asset still has to be customized and published manually
  • Content and compliance assumptions are US-centric, so agents outside the US need extra editing for branding, disclosures and local norms

Key features

  • Monthly refreshed library of Canva social graphics, Story and Reels templates plus captions and scripts
  • Lead magnets, email newsletters and print materials (flyers, postcards) tied to a monthly content calendar
  • Members-only community and recurring coaching/training sessions

What it is and who it's for

This is a subscription content library built specifically for real-estate agents, not a marketing automation platform. Founded in 2019 by a working agent, it drops a fresh batch of social graphics, Reels templates and scripts, captions, lead magnets, email content and print pieces every month, all editable in Canva. The target buyer is a solo agent or small team that knows they should post consistently but doesn't have the time or design skill to produce content from scratch.

Where it's strong

The design quality is the real selling point: templates look current and professional, and the copy is written by people who understand the industry, so the output rarely feels generic. The Reels content is especially practical because it ships with hooks, scripts and explicit recording and posting instructions rather than just a finished video. For most agents the monthly workflow drops from several hours of original creation to roughly an hour of picking, branding and scheduling; the entire value proposition.

The real limitations

Understand clearly that this is content, not distribution. There is no built-in scheduler, no direct publishing to Instagram or Facebook, and effectively no analytics; you export from Canva and post everything yourself. Everything also lives inside Canva, so you depend on that tool and on your own consistency; the library can't make you show up. Support is email-only, and the content assumes US branding, MLS conventions and disclosure norms.

Pricing, value and fit

It's $74/month, or about $62/month if you pay $740 annually (roughly two months free); a license is single-user, so teams pay per seat, with a custom Enterprise tier for 50+ seats. The math only works if you actually publish what you download; cheap versus a freelance designer for a daily poster, but expensive and easily wasted for an occasional one. As a global Canva-based SaaS it's usable worldwide with no prospect-data or scraping concerns, yet the catch is fit: graphics, captions, disclaimers and the holiday calendar are US-centric, so non-US agents must localize disclosures, branding, language and currency first. Bottom line: a strong content membership for committed US realtors, but skip it if you want automation and reporting, post only occasionally, or aren't prepared to localize every asset.
